Latexfauna – “Sweet”

The new composition “Sweet” is already available on all music platforms, and fans appreciated the track in the comments.

Once the director of the band Borya was surprised that there is such a word “starvation” in the Ukrainian language. Zezulexus was moved that Boris was imbued with the aesthetics of the Ukrainian language and promised to write a song with the word “on an empty stomach,
– the description of the video says.

KOLA – “AI”

This story is not only about the world of technology, but also about the real difficulties that everyone faces when trying to open up and express emotions in a world where communication often happens through screens. The song, filled with light romance, at the same time raises a challenge: can we preserve humanity in an increasingly digital world?

And what is your relationship with AI? The world of digital technology opens up endless possibilities, but what if there is something more than code on the other side of the screen? In the song “AI”, let's think: “How to find a balance between the virtual and real world?”. Although this is a humorous song, it contains deep thoughts about our relationship with technology,
– says the description of the video.

Monatik – “Forever”

The performer says that his new video work is like a journey through time and space. Monatik tried to combine the past and the present. According to him, the track “Forever” is one of the most emotional and atmospheric in his repertoire.

“Forever” is by far one of the most atmospheric songs I've ever written! Pain of loss, pain of separation, pain of distance. The absence of a soul nearby… In order to find the strength to believe that this pain will disappear, the distance will decrease, and the soul will return, it is necessary to overcome quite a long way. When the inspiration and the muse are fast asleep, the rhythm of the heart must become much louder so that they wake up… To get out of hell, find the soul, see the light… To stay in the arms forever,” the celebrity wrote on his Instagram.

Parfeniuk – “Wind”

“Wind” is not just a song, but a true love story told in the language of music. According to the artist, he wanted to create something special that would touch the heart of every listener. The melancholic mood of the composition emphasizes the depth of feelings embedded in it.

Added a little autumn to your headphones. I wanted to make such a melancholic hook that would fit this season,
– Parfeniuk shares his impressions.

MamaRika – “Bats”

MamaRika is sure that the song “Bats” will help everyone escape from today's problems and become carefree at least for a few minutes. And it was exactly this idea that they, together with the team, embodied in the clip, where the lyrical heroes left everything and everyone, and plunged into a world where there are only two of them.

In my work recently, this track – a breath of fresh air. It gives lightness and carelessness, reminds us of the warm moments of this summer and gives us hope that the next one will be even better. Bats are a memory of the first love, when you sincerely love your partner, and everything else has no meaning,
– commented on the track MamaRika.

Schmalgauzen – “Tired Street”

Unlike the previous album with Latin motifs, here the band used more R&B style, alternative and recitative.

All tracks were created for the new play “Mattia Pascal. Opera of Shades”. This is a play about Milanese cabaret singer Mattia Pascal and his accompanist pianist friend Franz. According to the plot, they are looking for a stage story for this evening and trying to figure out whether their reality is real or the story's author's fiction.

In our debut play “Your Will” there was a romanticization of the images of wine, the sea, and women. Instead, “Opera of Shades” is more specific and tragic. But tragedy has a diverse palette of shades of feelings, so someone can see comedy in it,
– says the band's soloist Mykhailo Matyuhin.

The antidote is “Home”

The new song “Home” will immerse you in nostalgia for your native places. To create the clip, the team traveled for a whole week to different corners of Ukraine and shot footage from well-known and little-known places of the Motherland. The artists visited Ternopil, Odesa, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Lviv, Kherson and other smaller cities and villages.

Taras Topolya, the band's frontman, said that this song was created so that “everyone who listens to it will feel the warmth inside”. According to him, it will warm the soul of a soldier, a person living in Ukraine during the war, or a temporary immigrant.

Masha Kondratenko – “Smoke”

A melancholic story about memories that warm and hurt at the same time. A song about personal disappointment and an honest story that today resonates with many Ukrainians, from whom autumn took away peace, plans for the future, the ground under their feet, life.

I wrote this song a few years ago after a guy dumped me on my birthday. Not a bad start to a true drama queen story, right? But “Smoke” is not only about parting, but also about the fact that we never know what is inside a person. You can smile, dance, release ironic songs, but feel absolute emptiness. That's what happened to me,
– says Masha Kondratenko.

Jerry Heil and Julia Sanina – “WABI-SABI”

It took the performers only an hour and a half to create and record the song. As Yulia Sanina notes, it was a very interesting experience for her to write a piece with another author.

I really like Yana's vision and handwriting, plus she feels great in the role of a sound producer – apart from the song itself , also feels the arrangement,
– she said.

It all started over a conversation in a tea room, when Jerry Heil learned about the Japanese expression wabi-sabi. This is a philosophy that teaches to be satisfied with the small and explains: nothing is eternal, but nothing disappears.

FIЇNKA – “Whore”

FIЇNKA's new song is based on Hutsul traditions, in particular on the genre of Soromytsia chants, which are an important part of the cultural heritage of the region.

At the heart of my songs are Hutsul motifs, sometimes chant melodies. But I never once used the song of shame. Soromitske is a whole layer of Hutsul culture. This is a mixture of extremely sharp irony and philosophy, which is only found in the Hutsul region. The meanest housekeeper has her favorite Soromytsky songstress. My favorites are “about whores,” the artist explains.

The singer emphasizes that the new song is intended for an audience that appreciates sarcasm and irony.

Jamala – “Arafat Dağindan”

The clip has multi-layered symbolism, where Jamala depicts the pilgrimage of the Crimean Tatar people, who are constantly searching for their place due to numerous exiles. In the video, Jamala refers to personal memories, telling the story of her great-grandmother Nazilkhan.

The day when my great-grandmother Nazilkhan passed away, I remembered forever. She woke up and asked my mother: what day is it today? “Bugun Juma (today is Friday). Today I will die.” She asked her mother to prepare ifahash for her and ate the entire portion. Then she called a neighbor, they read a prayer, and she died…
– said Jamala, introducing the song.
