Three original British World War II Keep Calm and Carry On posters will be auctioned by Anderson and Garland. It will be held on July 4 in Newcastle (England).

Their estimated value is over £6,000. This is reported by the BBC publication.

The posters were created on behalf of the Ministry of Information of Great Britain in 1939 (before the beginning of the Second World War). Their aim was to raise British morale in the event of a Nazi offensive.

Motivational posters bore the words Keep Calm and Carry On. This design had limited distribution. It was kept “for use during serious crises”.
