A mother who raised more than 300 children and adopted seven in her lifetime has died after contracting COVID-19 in the United States.

Susan Braley tested positive for the virus and was immediately transferred to a hospital in Florida. The lady was suffering from breathing difficulties and her condition was deteriorating visibly.
Over the past 20 years, she has provided shelter to hundreds of children in need so that they can have a home and be safe.
“Before my grandmother passed away, I was able to talk to her. I wanted to tell her that I loved her and that I thanked her for doing everything she had done in my life. She said to me: “I love you too”, says Thomas Bartholomew, her grandson.
Before going out, Mme Bradley asked those around him to continue the family tradition of feeding as many people in need as possible on Thanksgiving.
“The children have already lost their first family. Sue was their second family. ”
Her husband, who has helped her greatly with the children for 45 years, also has to fight COVID-19 in the hospital. However, we do not fear for his life. The family is reassured.
