Mother gave child away, father wants her back

The father of the 11-month-old girl and her mother are currently in the process of divorce. According to him, the girl was in his care. He adds that after his daughter was placed in the Window of Life, he was only able to see her once and only for 15 minutes.

In his opinion, he and his daughter fell victim to “sick procedures”. He emphasizes that he has full parental rights and does not understand why he cannot return home with his own child. The man filed a motion with the court to entrust him with custody of the girl.

The representative of the court to which the father filed the motion indicated in an interview with “Fakt” that the letter had not yet been received. Łukasz Zioła, spokesman for civil matters of the District Court in Gdańsk, emphasized that the court will deal with the case as soon as possible. He also assured that the court's priority is the child's well-being.
