1. Alarm clock

2. Getting up at different times

3. Hot shower
Hot water increases drowsiness. It is better to take a contrast or cool shower.
4. Morning coffee
Drinking coffee on an empty stomach is harmful. In addition, it does not help wake up. It is better to drink a glass of clean water.
5. Social Media
Almost every one of us reaches for our phone when we open our eyes. This negatively affects our mood and takes up a lot of time that could be spent with benefit.
6. Negative Thoughts
You shouldn't start your morning in a bad mood and with negative thoughts. Avoid morning negativity.
