Morning is the most important time of the day that should be spent correctly. Our well-being throughout the day depends on it.

This is what the “Start Something!” platform talks about.

Morning habits that harm your productivity and well-being:

1. Alarm clock
Many of us are annoyed by the sound of the alarm clock in the morning, so we postpone getting up for 10 minutes. This is due to the reluctance to wake up, but this leads to even more sleep deprivation.

2. Getting up at different times
In order not to harm your health, you need to eat and sleep according to the regime. Therefore, learn to wake up at least at about the same time.

3. Hot shower
Hot water increases drowsiness. It is better to take a contrast or cool shower.

4. Morning coffee
Drinking coffee on an empty stomach is harmful. In addition, it does not help wake up. It is better to drink a glass of clean water.

5. Social Media
Almost every one of us reaches for our phone when we open our eyes. This negatively affects our mood and takes up a lot of time that could be spent with benefit.

6. Negative Thoughts
You shouldn't start your morning in a bad mood and with negative thoughts. Avoid morning negativity.
