Three weeks ago Mila Ximénez returned to the set of Sálvame after days of absence. He said that he wanted to partially resume his normal life while waiting for a test to be carried out to know the evolution of his ailment. In a very emphatic way, he assured that based on the result he would decide whether to continue with the treatment. His argument is that he preferred to maintain a certain quality of life than to undergo chemotherapy sessions as harsh as those he received. Ximénez, who will turn 69 in May, added: “Seventy is a good age to say goodbye.”
She herself spoke openly about her health in June 2020. “I had a lot of pain at The Last Supper , my back hurt a lot. I spoke with María Teresa Campos to have an MRI. In 2015, Ximénez already faced a tumor in the uterus of more than eight centimeters that had been found in an exhaustive review before participating in Survivors . The television collaborator had to face a more complicated operation than expected, as an ovary and a tube were removed, although it finally turned out to be a benign tumor.
