Marina Bekh-Romanchuk is the last to represent Ukraine at the World Athletics Championships

Three out of four Ukrainian women completed their performances at the World Athletics Championships according to the results of the evening session of the fifth competition day. This is reported by “Suspilne”.

On Tuesday, August 23, they “flew out”:

  • Maria Sinei showed the 32nd overall result in the qualification of the triple jump (13.38 meters);
  • Natalia Strebkova became 33rd after the results of three qualifying races for 3000 meters with obstacles (10:02.20 minutes) ;
  • Iryna Klymets in the hammer throw, she showed the 31st result (the best attempt – 66.87 meters).

To the final in Only Marina Bech-Romanchuk (triple jump) passed in Budapest.

In the first attempt, the track and field athlete met the standard (14.30 m) and went to the finals, showing the result 14.55 meters.
