It is difficult not to know Wolverine, Iron Man, Hulk, Spider-Man, Thorand the like. Especially in this period when the superhero movie is at its peak. Initially, Marvel Comics was created in 1939 under the name Timely Publications by the editor Martin Goodman. The first issue published by Timely was “Marvel Comics” n°1 in October 1939. A story that introduced characters that have become cult classics like the first Human Torch (not yet Johnny Storm) and Namor, the Sea Prince.

A name change that will be marked by the Silver Age of Marvel Comics, with the advent of many iconic characters such as Spider-Man, Hulk and the Fantastic Four.
