(Calgary) Mitch Marner scored the game-winning goal at 12:14 of the third period and the Toronto Maple Leafs defeated the Calgary Flames 4-3 on Tuesday night.
Marner also got an assist. He has collected two goals and four assists in his last four games.
Auston Matthews also had a goal and an assist for the Maple Leafs, who won a third straight game. Wayne Simmonds and Travis Boyd added one goal apiece as defenseman Morgan Rielly set two goals.
Frederik Andersen stopped 23 of 26 shots aimed at him and recorded a second straight victory.
Johnny Gaudreau threaded the needle twice for the Flames, who suffered a second straight setback. Milan Lucic also blackened the scoresheet.
Jacob Markstrom turned away 17 pucks for the Flames and lost a second straight start.
