Later, he threw the victim on the floor, continued to strike and filmed on his phone. The video of the beating went viral on social media.

The victim told the court that he was under a lot of stress, had trouble sleeping and was worried that the video had been published on the Internet. Vitaly Krysyuk fully admitted his guilt and noted that he had a hostile relationship with the pensioner.

Judge Olga Fazan found Vitaliy Krysyuk guilty of violating the integrity of the home and causing light bodily harm (Part 1 of Article 162 and Part 1 of Article 125 of the Criminal Code), but released him from punishment, appointing a year of the examination term.
