- The exception here will be October 7, when there will be a strong magnetic storm. It will also be strong on October 13, 15, 18 and 29.

TIPS FOR SURVIVING MAGNETIC STORMS IN OCTOBER 2024:

- Protect yourself from stress. Meditation, relaxation techniques, and adequate sleep will help reduce stress and weather the magnetic storm better.
- Avoid alcohol and caffeine. These substances can worsen the symptoms of a magnetic storm, so it is best to limit their use during these days.
- Take medicine as needed. If you have chronic conditions, make sure you take all the medications you need. Chronic diseases may worsen during magnetic storms.
