Law enforcement officers detained an official of the Lviv City Council, who set up a scheme for illegally sending military men abroad.
According to the press service of the UCP, the “service” cost $1,300.
"According to the investigation, the head of one of the district social security departments of the Department of Humanitarian Policy of the Lviv City Council set up a scheme for illegal migration of Ukrainian citizens abroad – men liable for military service who are forbidden to leave the state.
The detainee, in collusion with a health worker, prepared and provided fictitious certificates for the inspection report of the MSEK on establishing a disability group, so that draft dodgers were able to travel abroad under martial law.
During the search in the office of the official, more than $17 thousand, 1.3 thousand euros and 4 thousand hryvnias were seized.
