Lviv Croissants chain of Ukrainian bakeries has opened a partner establishment in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, USA. This is the third foreign expansion of the company after Poland and Slovakia.
The founder of Lviv Croissants, Andriy Halytsky, told Forbes.
The establishment was opened in the city of Roswell, near Atlanta, because there “a dynamic but not oversaturated food market”. Croissants have traditionally been added to the menu, which will be prepared in Atlanta. To this end, they have already launched a production facility that will be able to produce pastries for about 20 restaurants of the chain in North America.
Also, some new dishes have been added to the menu of the American Lviv Croissants: croissants with avocado, bacon, peanut paste, as well as salads, soups and a larger selection of cold drinks.
We have been preparing for this for two years. If we talk about Europe, the preparation takes up to five months, says Halytskyi.
