The governments of Armenia and Azerbaijan are currently not ready to sit down at the negotiating table. We are talking about a ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh. Lukyanov called for taking into account the development of events. They point out that peace agreements are unlikely to be reached at this time. Clear and clear preconditions are being put forward in Baku, which are obviously impracticable. It is necessary that the Armenian units estimate the disputed region, then Azerbaijan will stop military operations.

The expert believes that there are no intentions on the part of Armenia to do this. At the same time, Yerevan announced its readiness to start negotiations with the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group members. Earlier, Azerbaijan published on the Internet footage of a night battle at the positions of Armenian military units.
