The Brazilian psychic known as the “living Nostradamus” and famous for his prophecies has once again attracted attention after his prediction about the California wildfires came true.

"Living Nostradamus" made some terrifying predictions for 2025. One of them has just come true

In January 2025, Los Angeles experienced large-scale fires that covered thousands of hectares of land, destroyed homes, and forced thousands of people to evacuate.

According to Atos, these events are just the beginning of a series of climate-change-induced disasters. He stressed that the fires were “uncontrolled” and that such disasters could become more frequent.

Athos’s previous predictions

The self-proclaimed prophet has previously claimed to have predicted the Covid-19 pandemic, the death of Queen Elizabeth II and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, among other things. His accuracy in many of his predictions has made him a figure both admired and questioned.

Atos says that in the second half of 2025 the world will face new challenges that will change economics and technology. It points to dramatic economic changes, possible crises related to changes in financial systems, technological breakthroughs, events that will radically affect people's lives, further deterioration of the climate situation, more frequent natural disasters that will serve as a warning to humanity.

Atos said: “Since Tuesday, January 7, 2025, the city of Los Angeles has been experiencing the worst fires in its history. The winds continued to burn, destroying thousands of acres of land and even property and forcing tens of thousands of people to evacuate their homes.”

“That is what makes this catastrophe even more extraordinary, especially in that my prediction was 100 percent accurate. In interviews conducted particularly at the turn of December and December 2023, I predicted that from 2024 onwards the world would see “a sharp increase in global fire-related catastrophes.”

Atos has called the fires a “wake-up call” for the global community to respond to climate change. Despite Atos Salomé's popularity, his predictions are controversial. Skeptics point out that his predictions are often general and ambiguous, which allows them to be interpreted in different ways.
