Judge Johnny Gómez Balboa, of the Third Preparatory Investigation Court, evaluates today from 10 in the morning, the prosecutor's request for 36 months of preventive detention against the mayor of Anguía, José Nenil Medina Guerrero, investigated, together with Yenifer Paredes, sister-in-law of President Pedro Castillo, for alleged criminal organization and money laundering. [We have] Lilia Paredes as coordinator, José Medina [the mayor of Anguía] as operator, and main lobbyist Yenifer Paredes, and as figureheads Hugo and Anggi Espino, prosecutor Jorge García specified on Tuesday in supporting the request for preventive detention against the president's sister-in-law.
