LFP: colossal costs for the commercial company of the Ligue

The CVC Capital Partners investment fund raised 37.5 million euros for the creation of the commercial company of the Professional Football League ( LFP). This sum will be used to remunerate the two banks Lazard and Centerview, twelve employees of the League and the law firm Darrois. This envelope was planned, according to information from the daily L'Équipe.

Everything has been validated by the League's Board of Directors. The former president of OM and today president of the LFP as well as of the commercial company, Vincent Labrune, will also be a winner in this story. Indeed, he will now receive an annual salary of €1.2 million (€420,000 previously) and a bonus of €3 million.
