1. Keep the bedroom dark. Turn off smartphones and other electronic devices before bed to ensure restful sleep and re-energize.

2. Gradual rise.Start waking up 15 minutes earlier than usual and gradually increase the time to two hours. This method allows the body to gradually adapt to the new regime.

3. Fill the morning with light. The morning rays of the sun help to adjust the biological clock. Open the curtains and allow light to enter your home.

4. Stability in the mode. Teach yourself to get up early every day, including weekdays and weekends. This helps to create a stable rhythm and improve the effectiveness of morning classes.

5. Smart nutrition. It is important to eat breakfast as soon as you wake up, and have lunch at the same time. Regular meals will help maintain energy throughout the day.
