Lavrov will go to India instead of Putin

< p>Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will attend the G20 summit in Delhi instead of his Kremlin master, the Russian Interfax agency reported.
Putin reportedly told Indian Prime Minister Modi in a telephone conversation that at the meeting On September 9 and 10, the Russian Federation will be represented by Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
The message states that Modi "expressed his understanding in connection with this decision".
