On August 24, 2024, Ukraine celebrated Independence Day in the context of the ongoing struggle. Until today, the artist LAUD presented a new music video.

“I Am Ukrainian” is a song , which embodies these aspirations and at the same time reflects the responsibility of each of us to our country.
The main message of the song is that I am ready to give myself to my country. My work, talent, mind, aspirations are intertwined with my country and I am proud of it. This single was originally made together with OTOY and MORPHOM and my friends-colleagues agreed to release this song in a solo format, which you can now hear acoustically, and I am very grateful to them for that, – shared the singer.
LAUD appeals to the deep feelings that now unite our people. The words “I am Ukrainian” in his performance turn into a powerful call to action,to express pride for his nation, which has proven its indomitability more than once. This is a song that reminds each of us of our freedom as the greatest value.
The video work accompanying the release of the track was shot on one of the holiest places in Ukraine – Khortytsia Island. This historic pearl of Zaporizhzhia, the cradle of Ukrainian Cossacks, is a symbol of the indomitability and strength of the Ukrainian people.
