15% of the sale of each copy goes to the rehabilitation of children at the Unbroken Kids center. This is stated on the page of Kyivstar.

The special issue of the magazine includes 10 stories that reveal the difficult paths of patients and doctors of the Unbroken Center, who, despite pain and loss, continue to fight for their recovery.

The publication tells stories of courage, among which 9- year-old Romchyk, who was seriously injured during the war, but has not lost hope and dreams of playing the bayana for his doctors. Also teacher Olena, who after being wounded in the face, found the strength to help other women accept themselves and their beauty.

This issue is special for us. We want these stories to be a source of support for anyone going through the hardships of war. After all, even in the most painful circumstances there is a place for light, love and hope, – comments Vira Kuriko, graduate editor and writer

The stories of patients were told by famous Ukrainian writers and reporters, including Irena Karpa, Larisa Denysenko, Khrystyna Kotsira, Khrystyna Shalak and others. Portrait photos for the special issue were taken by Sasha Maslov, a Ukrainian photographer with international experience.

New Reporters Special Issue

More than 18,000 patients have already been treated at Unbroken, and their stories are living proof that even in the most difficult times, the Ukrainian spirit remains unbreakable.

The release of the special issue of Reporters magazine “Unbroken” is not just a book with the stories of our patients and doctors, it is a testimony of the incredible strength and resilience of Ukrainians. For us at the Center, every day is a struggle for the life and recovery of people who suffered from the war. This book shows that even in the darkest times, humanity, mutual support and medicine can work miracles. The stories that you will read on the pages are an example for the whole country and the world that Ukrainians are able to win even when it seems that they have no strength, – emphasized Iryna Zaslavets, head of the UNBROKEN project.

The magazine also tells about the project “Those who keep in touch” – the stories of Kyivstar employees who continued to work in extremely difficult conditions, restoring communication in such cities as Mariupol, Balaklia and Kherson.
