The Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office reported on suspicion of a 27-year-old Kyiv woman who was carrying out an order to photograph military facilities. The woman is charged with unauthorized dissemination of information about the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during martial law (Part 2, Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, in November 2024, she received an assignment via Telegram to photograph radar stations in the Kyiv region, and on December 31 – a checkpoint near the parliament. The same day, the images were handed over to the customer, who promised her $500, but only paid for the taxi.
The next day, January 1, 2025, Russian drones attacked the area, killing the scientists' family.
The court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention for the suspect. She faces imprisonment for a term of 5 to 8 years.
