Kyiv Digital won the World Summit Awards 2024

The application «Kyiv Digital» became one of the winners of the prestigious international award World Summit Awards (WSA) 2024 in the category «Government-Citizen Interaction». Projects from over 100 countries competed for the award, but it was the Kyiv application that received recognition for its innovation and importance to the community.

This was reported by Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration for the Exercise of Self-Government Powers in the Field of Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization (CDTO) Petro Olenych.

What «Kyiv Digital» was recognized for:
The application received the award for «constant interaction of the team with users and transparency». The jury noted the services that allow residents of the capital to actively participate in the development of the city – signing petitions, participating in surveys and submitting feedback through convenient forms.

Comment from the representative of the Kyiv City State Administration:
«This award — an indicator of the importance of the application, which provides transparency and comfort for residents of the capital. It is an honor for us to be one of the winners. We thank users for their constant feedback and continue to improve city services», — said Petro Olenych, Head of Digital Transformation of Kyiv.

About the World Summit Awards:
WSA annually recognizes innovative projects that respond to modern social challenges and contribute to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This year, 40 projects from 29 countries won among hundreds of candidates, and «Kyiv Digital» became one of the examples of successful integration of digital technologies into the everyday lives of citizens.
