Many celebrities have complained that they receive pennies in pensions from ZUS, even though they have spent many years on stage. And indeed, when you hear about the stars' pensions, you may experience quite a surprise. According to the “Super Express” portal, Alicja Majewska and Majka Jeżowska receive only PLN 1,000 per month from ZUS. Ryszard Rynkowski receives a pension that is PLN 400 higher. Beata Tyszkiewicz is supposed to receive PLN 1,700 per month.

However, Marek Piekarczyk receives the lowest benefit. Only PLN 8.83 is transferred to his account from ZUS. What benefits can Krzysztof Cugowski count on ?

Krzysztof Cugowski, although he is 74 years old, is still professionally active. The artist does not hide the fact that it is not only his love for music and his fans that keeps him on stage, but also the need to earn extra money on top of his low pension.

“Those who were employed full-time in theatres or operettas are doing okay now, although of course not very well. But I would like to proudly inform you that after various revaluations, there is more, ladies and gentlemen, I already have 1700 zlotys and I am only glad that the postman does not bring me this pension, because he would probably mock me and laugh in his face” – revealed Krzysztof Cugowski.

Cugowski also stated that although as an artist he can count on slightly higher earnings than the average citizen of our country, it is not like “he earned a lot of money and end”.
