The oligarch's passport details are contained in the archive minutes of meetings of PrivatBank shareholders' meetings.
As the Forbes interlocutor, who takes part in lawsuits between PrivatBank and the former owners of the on the side of the bank, the day before (July 24) Kolomoisky's passport was listed as valid.
Attorney Oleksandr Vinnichenko, who defends the interests of Kolomoisky in one of the PrivatBank cases, told Forbes that he was not aware of the possible deprivation of Kolomoisky citizenship. He refused to contact the client about this.
Gennady Bogolyubov's passport is also marked as invalid. Bogolyubov renounced Ukrainian citizenship back in 2017, but in 2019 he received a permanent residence permit in Ukraine.
