Kharkiv mobile application entered the top 5 most popular on IOS and Android

Kharkiv mobile application Open Kharkiv entered the top 5 most popular free programs in the app stores on IOS and Android. This was reported by the Kharkiv City Council.

Open Kharkiv was launched on December 23. It was downloaded 22.4 thousand times in 24 hours. In addition, 738 applications for the “Kharkiv Citizen Card” have already been submitted through the Electronic Services Portal.

The main function of the application is the Digital X-card – a digital version of the “Kharkiv Citizen Card”. It provides users with access to discounts, promotions and other benefits that were previously available only with a plastic card. In addition, in Open Kharkiv you can leave feedback on services and partners, find out the latest news and offer ideas for the development of the city.
