The authorities of Kazakhstan until September 2023 stop the export of military products. The corresponding decision was made at a meeting of the commission on defense industry issues. This reports the press service of the government of Kazakhstan.

< p>Participants of the commission chaired by the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov discussed the proposal of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development to suspend the export of weapons, military equipment and military products until the end of August 2023. 

This is a proposal by members commission was supported.

On August 22, a meeting of the Security Council of Kazakhstan was held under the leadership of President Kasim-Jomart Tokayev. Then, issues of production and procurement of defense fishing, as well as export control in this area. According to the results of the meeting, relevant instructions were provided without specifying details.
