Kaizen, Inoxtag's challenge that surpasses the summits

It was at the beginning of 2023 that the 22-year-old YouTuber Inoxtag announced that he had set himself a major challenge: to climb Everest in a year. To do this, he must prepare himself before embarking on this crazy adventure because the young man knows absolutely nothing about the world of mountaineering. Thus, he will follow training over the months that follow to prepare himself both physically and mentally. He shares this period with his subscribers on social networks. Then, after having succeeded in the feat of reaching the highest summit in the world, Inoxtag announced this summer that it took the opportunity to make a documentary film entitled Kaizen which it will premiere in several movie theaters on September 13, 2024.

A winning bet for the young YouTuber because his documentary that follows his preparation for and ascent of Everest is a real hit both in cinemas and on YouTube where he puts it online for free. On the big screen in France, more than 340,000 spectators were able to discover Kaizen, including 40,000 entries recorded abroad. The next day, Inoxtag offers the video on Google's video platform which explodes the counters: in two weeks, Kaizenreaches 35 million views and becomes one of Inoxtag's most viewed content, followed by 8.6 million subscribers on YouTube.

We realize that despite the success at the cinema and on YouTube, many people are discovering Inoxtag and #kaizen thanks to the broadcast on TF1 after Koh-Lanta, despite the late hour.

Which shows that TV has a distinct audience from the internet. And broadcasting has its relevance.
