Kadyrov is not advised to enter Ukraine

Ramzan Kadyrov, Putin's faithful dog, has been announced suspicion under three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

As the SBU informs on its website, these are the articles of the Criminal Code:

  • ch. 2 tbsp. 437 (planning, preparing, initiating and waging a war of aggression);
  • ch. 3 art. 110 (intentional actions to change the borders of the territory of Ukraine in violation of the procedure established by the Constitution of Ukraine, which led to the death of people and other grave consequences);
  • Part 3 Art. 436-2 (justification, recognition of the lawful armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, launched in 2014, justification, recognition of the lawful temporary occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine, as well as glorification of persons who committed the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, begun in 2014) .

According to these articles, Kadyrov can be imprisoned for a period of 10 years to life.

Also suspected were two henchmen of Kadyrov – Daniil Martynov, Deputy Head of the Department of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation for the Chechen Republic, and Hussein Mezhidov – commander of the tactical group of the 249th separate motorized battalion “South” 46th Separate Operational Brigade of the North Caucasian District of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation.

It is documented that in February-March 2022, Kadyrov personally supervised the development and planning of individual military operations of these units, gave orders, heard reports and reports of their leaders.

Martynov was a member of the FSB special forces in the past. And now he is responsible for the training of Kadyrov's personal bodyguards after he refused to be guarded by the FSB.

It has been established that on March 5, Martynov personally led the seizure of the Borodyansky psycho-neurological boarding school with a geriatric department. On his orders:

about 500 people were taken hostage (dispensary patients, staff and local residents), including – more than a hundred bedridden patients;
the approaches to the building were mined, and the boarding school itself was turned into a firing position of the occupiers.

On the orders of another person close to the leader of Chechnya, Hussein Mezhidov, from February 25 to March 13, illegal hostage taking and detention in the basements of high-rise buildings took place almost two hundred residents of Gostomel.

Among the victims – women, the elderly and minor children. Those prisoners who, unable to withstand the inhuman conditions of detention (dampness, cold, lack of water, food and medicine), died, “buried” right there, near the house.

Both “military officials” are accused of:

capturing civilians;
violating the rules for dealing with the civilian population;
using them as a “human shield”;
and Hussein Mezhidov – also in the robbery of civilians and objects.

Martynov and Mezhidov are charged under Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war, cruel treatment of prisoners of war or civilians).
