The project is at an initial stage and may attract up to $1 billion in investment by the end of the year. The device promises a revolution in human interaction with AI. The team now has 10 employees, and among them are two important people who worked with Ive on the iPhones. The studio LoveFrom, which he launched after leaving Apple, is responsible for the design.

Ive and Altman discussed that a new computing device could be created based on generative AI, because this technology gives users more possibilities than traditional software thanks to ability to handle complex requests.

New product specifications are under development. The terms of entering the market have not yet been determined.
