Iron Man and The Mandalorian director Jon Favreau will create a mixed reality experience for Apple based on the documentary series he produced, Prehistoric Planet.

The project will be created for a mixed reality headset being developed by Apple. The device must be released no earlier than 2023. The headset will be glasses that combine the real world with the virtual one.
Favreau will bring dinosaurs from the Apple TV show to life for the project, writes NYT. He will be one of several Hollywood directors who have developed projects for Apple augmented reality.
Recall that Jon Favreau has his own culinary show The chef show. As guests, celebrities are invited to the show – from famous chefs to actors and show business stars. The show has become so popular that the first season now has a 100% critical rating on Rotten Tomatoes and a 94% viewer rating.
