The couple broke up back in 2017, but only now the showdown seems to be completed. Hollywood star Johnny Depp's six-week public battle with his ex-wife Amber Heard in Fairfax, Virginia was broadcast on television and live on social networks. The video has racked up billions of views.

Depp didn't attend court because he had prearranged work plans. The actor followed the trial from Britain, where he played three surprise concerts with his friend, British musician Jeff Beck.

“The jury gave me back my life. I'm really grateful. The truth will never disappear. I hope that my commitment to telling the truth will help others, men or women in my situation, and that those who support them will never give up”, – Johnny stated.
