Actor Johnny Depp releases a cover of "The Death and Resurrection Show" rock band Killing Joke. The composition was created together with English guitarist Jeff Beck. This is reported by The Independent.

The song will be included in the upcoming album "18", which is scheduled for release on July 15th. "When  Jonny and I started playing together, it kindled our youthful spirit. We joked that we felt like we were 18 again, so that was the title of the album”, — recalled Beck.

In addition to "The Death and Resurrection Show", the upcoming disc contains covers of the song "Venus In Furs" American group The Velvet Underground, the ballad "Let It Be Me" Everly Brothers, track "What's Going On" singer Marvin Gaye and compositions from  album "Pet Sounds" boy band Beach Boys.

At "18" also includes original songs by Johnny Depp. One of them — “This Is a Song for Miss Hedy Lamarr” — Beck and Depp released in June.

The release of the album followed shortly after the completion of the lawsuit between Johnny Depp and his ex-wife Amber Heard.
