30-year-old Naomi Biden is the daughter of Hunter Biden and his ex-wife Kathleen Buhle. The father of the child is her husband Peter Neal, whom she married on the grounds of the White House in November 2022. It was the first wedding ceremony held there since 2013.

Naomi and Peter's paths crossed for the first time in 2018, when they were introduced by a mutual friend. Both are lawyers: Naomi graduated from Columbia Law School, and Peter graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. In addition, the man earned a bachelor's degree in political communications from George Washington University. The couple got engaged in September 2021.
