(Winnipeg) The Winnipeg Jets put forwards Patrik Laine and Nate Thompson on the injured list.
Laine has missed the last three meetings with an “upper body” injury.
Second overall in 2016, Laine scored two goals and added an assist in the Jets’ opener before being forced out of activity.
Thompson was injured in the “lower body” in the victory against the Ottawa Senators Thursday. He hasn’t scored a point in four games so far.
The Jets have added defenseman Dylan DeMelo to their active lineup.
The team will complete a three-game home series against the Senators on Saturday.
