He was taken to the Grossman Burn Center, where he remains hospitalized. His specific condition is unknown, but it is serious enough that he remains under medical care.

The presenter has canceled all engagements for this reason.

Jay was due to speak at The Financial Brand conference on Sunday, but organizers said he had a “very serious medical emergency”that prevented him from performing, according to an email from organizers.

The 72-year-old former “Tonight Show” host was scheduled to perform at the event in Las Vegas on Sunday in the evening, but was unable to attend due to a health problem.
