Medivnyk is a pie of Ukrainian and European cuisine, which is prepared with the addition of honey. Spices, nuts, and raisins are usually added to Ukrainian honey. Buckwheat honey is used for a more characteristic taste.

Ingredients:
Dough:
- 100 g of eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of buckwheat honey
- 80 ml of vegetable oil
- 100 ml of milk
- 200 g of flour
- 8 g baking powder
- 5 g baking soda
- vanilla sugar or cinnamon (optional)
Sour cream:
- 450 g sour cream (30% fat content)
- 200 ml cream (30-35% fat content)
- 100 g powdered sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar with a whisk.
2. Heat honey, oil and milk. Mix flour with baking powder and soda.
