It's time to make low-salt tomatoes: see the new recipe

Slightly salted tomatoes are a snack that almost everyone likes. It can be prepared quickly and simply to treat relatives regularly, as well as to use the recipe for winter preparation.

According to Olga, almost everyone likes low-salt tomatoes. And especially when it's the season. And you can prepare them quickly and easily.

Ingredients:

  • Small tomatoes – 1 kg;
  • Dill;
  • Garlic – 2 heads;
  • Sparkling water – 2 l;
  • Salt – 6 tbsp.
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp. l.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the tomatoes and pierce them deeply with a fork.

2. Put dill, garlic and part of tomatoes on the bottom of the jar. And so repeat until you fill the jar.

3. Add salt and sugar. 3 tablespoons of salt per 1 liter of water. Fill with carbonated water.

4. Close the dish with a lid and put it in the refrigerator or leave it at room temperature for 2 days.
