It's painful to watch: a video of an accident between two luxury Bugattis has gone viral

Two Bugatti Chiron owners have a lot of explaining to do this week after they crashed into each other in Morocco. A truck was also hit.

A video posted on YouTube shows three Bugatti Chiron hypercars overtaking slower cars on a two-lane road. The three of them huddle behind the truck, waiting for oncoming traffic to clear.

As soon as this happens, a second Chiron, which appears to be a Super Sport, tries to pass both the Bugatti and the truck, but the lead Chiron also tries to pass, ignoring the other Bugatti approaching him.

They collide, the second Chiron swerves around the car in front and crashes into the back of the truck, then flies out to the other side. The truck also goes off the road, rolling down an embankment, while the Bugatti in front comes to a stop.

Moroccan news site Tanjaoui.ma, which did not report any casualties in the accident, published photos of its aftermath. They show an overturned truck and a second Chiron with a badly damaged front end.

The bumper is dented and the front hood is bent and cracked, probably worth tens of thousands of dollars. No photos of the other Chiron have been preserved, but we believe that it was also not without carnage.

Since both cars cost millions of dollars each, repairs will not be cheap.
