Ukrainian chef Olga Ryabenko decided to prepare an incredibly delicious dessert. It will definitely be liked by all family members.

She posted the cooking details on her Instagram page.

Friends, today we will prepare the most delicious CARAMEL CANDIES. WITH NUTS at home. I promise, this recipe will become your favorite. Also, be sure to cook and share your impressions, – writes Glinska.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of sugar (12 tablespoons with bitter)
  • < li>50 g of honey or glucose syrup (2.5 tbsp. l)

  • 3 g of salt (3/5 tsp)
  • 300 ml of cream (with a fat content of 30 35%)
  • 50 g of butter (fat content 82%)
  • 200 g of roasted nuts (hazelnuts, almonds or peanuts)

Method of preparation:

1. We take a large saucepan, pour cream into it, add honey or glucose syrup, butter, sugar and salt. Take a thermostable spatula and mix.

2. Put the saucepan on the stove and, stirring constantly, cook the mass to a temperature of 135 degrees. We will check the temperature with a thermometer.

3. Fry the nuts in the oven at a temperature of 165 degrees, the mode is heating from above and below or only from below, the frying time is 12-13 minutes.

4. When the mass reaches 135 degrees, remove the saucepan from the stove and pour the mass into the mixer bowl. Beat at low speeds for 8-10 minutes using the “petal” attachment.

5. Add fried cooled nuts and mix.

6. We wrap the board with food film, put a metal square shape without a bottom, size – 18×18 cm, on the board, grease the inside with butter.

7. Pour the caramel mass with nuts into the mold and level it.

8. Put the sherbet in the refrigerator to stabilize for 5-6 hours.

9. We take the scherber out of the refrigerator, remove the form, cut it and taste it.
