The delivery of ballistic missiles to Russia became known earlier in September. Presumably, the Russian military is already training to use the new weapons. Western sanctions have been tightened against Russia and Iran.

Fateh-360 — short-range missiles similar in functionality to the American HIMARS. Reuters sources suggest that the refusal to supply launchers raises the question of the possibility of real combat use of such missiles by Russia.

One of the agency's experts suggested that the missiles could be used with Russian equipment.
