< P > Investigation found that the accused made phone calls to entrepreneurs, issuing himself for heads of military administrations of different regions. Under the pretext of raising funds for the Armed Forces, he requested to transfer money to the accounts of charitable funds that he opened on banks on his own.

< p > In fact, the received funds were used for personal needs, not the help of the army. As a result of his actions, the fraudster illegally seized 450 thousand hryvnias.

< P > Currently, the Prosecutor's Office of the Kiev region has sent an indictment to the attacker under Part 4 of Art. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (fraud in particularly large sizes). For this crime, the suspect threatens from 3 to 8 years in prison.
