< P > In all cases, police opened criminal proceedings under Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (fraud). Law enforcement officers urge citizens to be careful: not to transfer bank cards to strangers, not to agree to the prepayment for the goods and to check information before financial transactions.
