Next year, drivers will be required to undergo a technical inspection using a photo, and the diagnostic card will be issued only in electronic form. In addition, they will revise the terms for passing MOT for cars.
According to the law on compulsory motor third party liability insurance, if the inspection was not carried out on time, the culprit of the accident is now obliged to pay the full amount of damage to the victim, but on the condition that the car was in disrepair at the time of the accident. The Ministry of Transport will also expand traffic rules.
From April 1 next year, the practical part of the exam in the traffic police will be held within the city. Motorcycles will not be affected by this change. It will now be possible to cancel the exam results if a gross mistake is made. Their list will be drawn up in the near future.
