In the city of Vovchansk, Kharkiv region, local residents are currently being evacuated, because the Russian army has begun an active offensive in this region. Local residents leave their native lands in a special way.

The video of the evacuation was posted by Oleksiy Kharkivskyi, the chief patrolman of the Vovchansk police department, Suspilne Kharkiv reports.

An elderly resident of Vovchansk during the evacuation through increased shelling from the Russian side recites an excerpt from the poem “Testament” by Taras Shevchenko. In addition, there was also another patrolman and 2 elderly women in the car.
