A large-scale scheme of illegal departure abroad was exposed in Vinnytsia. The main organizer — an official of the medical center. More than ten people were involved in the scheme, in particular, representatives of the military medical commission of the region. This is reported by the Security Service of Ukraine.

As a result of comprehensive measures, the organizer of the event was detained – an official of the local medical and diagnostic center, who involved more than 10 people in illegal activities. First of all, officials of the regional military medical commission.

The organizer of the scheme offered money to avoid mobilization thanks to fake medical documents. The cost of “services” ranged from 3 to 10 thousand US dollars, depending on the complexity of the diagnosis. Accomplices from the local military medical commission falsified medical reports in order to write off the evaders from the register and remove restrictions on traveling abroad.

It is interesting that SBU employees have already established more than 200 episodes of crime committed by the organizer of the scheme and his accomplices. The main criminal, an official of the medical and diagnostic center, was detained “red handed”. during the transfer to him of a new amount of unlawful benefit.

During searches of the car, as well as at the place of work and residence of the detainee, the following were found:

  • money obtained through corruption;
  • documents, draft records and computer equipment with evidence of illegal activity.

Currently, he has been notified of suspicion under part 3 of Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine). on evasions. As a result of operational measures in Kyiv, Odesa and Kharkiv region, 4 military officials were detained who “helped” evaders to avoid conscription and flee abroad.
