In Vinnytsia, members of a criminal group are suspected of producing and selling child pornography

Under the procedural guidance of prosecutors of the Vinnytsia Regional Prosecutor's Office, suspicions were reported to the organizer and two members of an organized group of committing, for the purpose of personal enrichment, the production and sale of pornographic videos, including child pornography, for a monetary reward.

During the investigation, there is a reasonable suspicion that three members of the organized group from October 2023 to April 2024 carried out the production, in which minors were involved, storage and repeatedly sold pornographic content, for which the suspects received more than than 3.6 million UAH, however, their criminal activity was stopped by law enforcement officers.

During searches conducted on the basis of court orders, mobile devices and bank cards were discovered and seized.
The court imposed preventive measures in the form of house arrest on two participants in the crimes, and on one more – detention.

In criminal proceedings, investigative actions are carried out to establish all the circumstances of the commission of crimes.

If proven guilty of committing the incriminated crimes before the court, the members of the group face a penalty of imprisonment for a term of nine to fifteen years.
