According to preliminary data, the organizer and its accomplices sold at least 10 vehicles.

< h3 >< strng > How did the criminal scheme 0 ~/h3 > < P > According to the Attorney General's office, a resident of the Dnieper organized the criminal activity. Its group included p & Rsquo; Yatero people, including & ndash; Director of the charity, two organizer brothers and their acquaintance.

< p > Scheme worked as follows:

< Ol Start = "1" Data-Spread = "FALSE" > < li > one of the accomplices searched in Poland cars with European registration. < li >Vehicles were delivered to border checkpoints.

< LI > The director of the charitable organization issued customs declarations and guarantee letters, which allowed the import of cars to Ukraine under the simplified procedure as humanitarian aid for the Armed Forces. ~ ~ < l > Further suspects were overtaken by cars deep into the country, after which they placed announcements for their sale on online platforms and on social networks at prices lower than market. ~

< h3 >< strng > what managed to set the investigation

~ ~ < p > According to preliminary data, criminals managed to sell at least 10 cars. During the suspects searches, the:

< li > Documents confirming equipment

< li > cars,

< li > Other physical evidence.

< p > Currently law enforcement officers decide on the choice of precautionary measures to the suspect.

< h3 >< strong > resonance of the case and responsibility 0 ~/h3 > < P > This case has become widely publicized as the use of humanitarian aid for personal enrichment is not only a criminal offense but also an immoral act at a time when military needs comprehensive support.
