Its group included p & Rsquo; Yatero people, including & ndash; Director of the charity, two organizer brothers and their acquaintance.< p > Scheme worked as follows:

< LI > The director of the charitable organization issued customs declarations and guarantee letters, which allowed the import of cars to Ukraine under the simplified procedure as humanitarian aid for the Armed Forces. ~ ~ < l > Further suspects were overtaken by cars deep into the country, after which they placed announcements for their sale on online platforms and on social networks at prices lower than market. ~
