Business Insider previously reported that millions of Americans are considering leaving the country if former President Donald Trump will win re-election during the 2024 campaign. His win was announced early Wednesday morning, and searches for the phrase “moving to Canada” spiked.
While a trip on the Odyssey doesn't offer citizenship in any other country in the world, it does give passengers “flexibility to avoid traffic jams, politics and the monotony of city life,” said a representative of Villa Vie Residences in an interview with Business Insider.
The Odyssey liner first sailed in September after a four-month berth in Belfast. , Ireland, due to delays. Business Insider previously reported that two passengers who repeatedly complained about delays were kicked off the ship and had their contracts canceled.
Other passengers on board the ship said they were “very impressed” with the ship, despite failures.
